18 months general solo and bunch riding, averaging 200-300km per week with the occasional crit race thrown in for good measure.

All of sudden bike began to down shift through the casette on its own. Mmmm..... me thinks, wondering what the heck was going on. Uncleat, scratch head, rotate cranks, FARRRKKK!
