416 or 250

What do you guys think is better. An 06 Norco 416 or and 07 Norco 250?
It would be used for dirt jumps and street.

The 416 converted (properly) the single speed.
And the rest stock.

Id go the 250...but thats just preferance.
I dont rely like single speed for Dirt Jumping, you can top out.

if you read in the first post it said 06 416:rolleyes: and personally i would go with the 07 250 its SS and its 24 and it has PINK SPOKES

Edit* still go with the 250 as its SS which in my opinion is better for street and dirt even though they dont have 24' wheels

07 250 has 26" wheels.....which is bloody awsome..i owned a 06 416 best feeling bike, awsome geo..just abit heavy stock

Yeah, I don't think they look tacky but probably a bit try-hardish. Kind of like heaps of people getting Deity bars because they're white

mm i just think that its a bit like "woo pink bikes are a fad so lets put pink spokes on our bike when they don't match the colour scheme at all..." not dissing pink, id go a pink bike, but coloured spokes = tacky

Next year pink bikes will be gone, just like pink t-shirts went. I never liked either of them.

you are probably just running the wrong ratio, i run a 32:14 and have never topped out,

I would probably go for the 07 250. If you've seen pics of it it looks awsome. I don't see what the 416 has that the 250 doesn't, yeh probably slightly better parts, but you still have to convert the 416 to singlespeed.
Besides, why would you get a 416 when you can get a 250 with Pink Spokes :D

i vote 416, i like the look of em better then the 07 250 and i herd the ano. spokes snap easy?? is this tru?? plus the 06 dirtjumper 3s look heeps better then 07, 07 look like some crap thing you get out of a cerial box
