View Full Version : Day at 3R.

Here's how the day went...
After a night ful of love and vexation, and a little green goblin who was constantly chattering away in my left ear, and then proceeded onto my right after about 4 hours, 34 minutes and about 56 seconds approx. Well yes. After a night of love, and a whole range of other emotions I awoke in the morning in my outrageously comfy bed, and looked drowsyilly out my window to scope out the weather, nothing but blue skys, lollipops and rainbows. How grand. BUT! I figured if there was any way of my mum letting me out on my bike today, I would of had to of done some homework. So alas, that's what I did. I put pencil (2H to be precise) to A3 paper and continued on my VCD outcome.

So where to ride? After some convincing I presuaded harry and james to venture out to 3R for the day, for a gander and a session on our bikes. So here I was waiting for james to meet me at my local trainstation (North Brighton), to fill in time I counted the chewing gum on the platform, and thought about Jennifer Hawkins.

Finally, about 2 and a half minutes before the train came. James rocked up on his STPoOOO0. He had an excuse not to really push himself riding today, as he had stithes in his arm from an incident the weekend before. Silly Eggnog.

Harry told us to meet him on the last carridge, to avoid congestion of passengers, and room for our bikes. So we got on, and say this hombre repping some NPJ ghetto-lid, like he just walked out of a KFC in south-central. I was just like 'Whaaaaaaaaaa''!?", and he was like 'Aiight'.".".

Along the approx 39 minute journey to 3R we were listening to the comedic delate of Rodney Rude. T'was funny, as you can see.

So, 3R is a very remote place. With not too many joints to purchase grub and liquid. So we stopped off at IGA on the way and stocked up for the way. As well as embarrasing ourselves with our naturally loud voices. We bought...4 seasame seed rolls, hungarian salami ($3.16 worth), some tasty COON chesse (for our picnic rolls), x2 Crunchie chocolate bars, a caramello koala, mountain jew, and thats's about it.It was grand. Here james comforts harry as he counts his poo change.

Then finally, we arrived at the heavanly gates of 3R. Someone got a little bit excited.

M and harry had our picnic rolls that we made. It proved quite difficult without a knife as the breadrolls served to be tricky. And we had no margerine too, so it was quite dry to swallow. No marg to lube up our throats.

Then, we followed the wifes-tale of not swimming after a meal. But then we relised we wern't swimming. We got on our bikes.

Me and harry then started riding, James couldn't cos' of his stitches. So I let him loose with my camera, some were okay. Others, shocking.

We had a go on the Pump track. yeah! Awesome fun, in pursuit.

We then had to leave. We faced the tremendous hill, and harry and james 'apparantly' got hit by a car. We talked to some sick habibs on the train, they were rad. then james started acting really strange, if must been those pills he found under the broadmedows train seats.

Picked up some deep-fryed cat at Flinders.

And alas, I arrived home. With no cuts or bruises, just a sweaty ballsack. And what do ya' know. Back at the desk doing the homework I didn't finish before I left. Wat a shame.

All in all it was a great day, all except for the flat tyre I got as well, that was one of those ones that slowly leak, oh well. I still manged to get home without riding my rim and ruining my tyre. You know.

Nice dude. The story was cool, and the pics weren't bad either. You should try to write for a mag or something if you're into that sort of thing.
