Try putting it in again. There is a size restriction and if it's too big it should tell you when you try to upload it. That's the limits of my knowledge on it sorry mate, if that's not the reason you'll have to wait until one of the admin IT nerd types come on and read the thread.

Go into your user cp (top left) >edit options >thread display options. tick the show avatar box and you should be right.
