PDA's

I'm thinking seriously about buying a PDA to use as an organiser and also because some of them are capable of running TomTom navigation software. There's heaps of them on eBay going for really good prices but i'm still a little bit confused about what to look for.

I'm assuming there would be people here that do use them, opinions? thoughts?

I've mainly been looking at iPAQ's but i'm open to suggestions. :)

I've got a Palm Life Drive. Not sure about Tom Tom, but its got a 4GB hard drive, which I load movies onto. Pretty slick machine.
