Well I felt it was time to get a feel for the whole 24" thing... So I put together a few pretty little bits that i know have worked well in the past, plus some sexy new parts Ive been busting to test, and here is what came out...
Frame: NS Suburban Choc Brown
Forks:RS Pike 454
Cranks: Some proto-types we have been designing and now testing. 4130 cromo 4 sealed bearing BB w/48t spline. very light and rediculously strong. will come in white, black or chrome. price will be around $199 in stores soon.
Rims MTX 24" chrome
Hubs NS Components Coaster SS rear, NS Components Roller Pro 20mm front
Bar NS Components lil sista
Stem NS Components Quark (Chrome)
Pedals NS Components Legeater (Chrome)
Brakes Shimano Saint/XTR
Chain Cool Chain Super lite
Fasteners Full Kult Titanium and Alloy Bling all round
Seat/Post SDG I beam
Weight 12.94kg should shave some more off soon ;)
Thoughts:
The geo is awesome, thats why i stuck with suburban... its been tried and tested. The 24" wheels really work well for this frame. Being a little skeptical, and always a 26" guy whether it be street/DJ or trials, I am blown away with how great 24" really rides. I have read on here alot about ppl that think you cant even tell the difference... well thats crap! 24" is sooo much easier for everything skate park! (i havent taken it on DJ's yet!) Spin moves are so easy and I find that the smaller wheels react better to transitions i.e way more pop! Having only had a couple of rides on it, I dont think ill be rushing back to 26"
Ben.

Yeah, Just myself, and Chris doing graphics, should have two crank models available by November plus a few little other goodies.
The cranks are designed for DJ/Street mountain bikes, as well as BMX. So there wont be any BB, or clearance issues when using MTB frames. All BB types available too: EURO, MID, BMX

The pedals are awesome, the new Legeater shape is great, good platform size and insane grip. Weight is 600g for the pair. They use a crazy strong axle too! Not to mention the hectic bearing set up!

Great photos as usual. Good choice switching to 24" as well, I don't reckon I'll be going back to 26" either.

I will let you know more about the cranks when they are finalised. at this stage they arent finished.
The length im running is 175 and I have loads of clearance with 24" wheels, but thats due to the frame being designed for either 24 or 26" so you wont have a prob unless you run something more than 195mm!
How are you going to accomplish that ?
Tyres! im sure I can get something a bit lighter. But im not too fussed, all the parts I went for are damn strong, i dont want to be too much of a weight weenie and have stuff brake on me!

HAHA they do say that imitation is the best form of flattery! So go right ahead :)
I have spent some more time riding it, and my god it is pure sex!!! It is without a doubt the best setup I have ridden. I find it alot easier for everything! the confidence level has gone right up and I find im trying and sticking alot of moves I havent been able to in the past!
Anyone that wants to have a go, Ill try and organise a Sydney City ride sometime in the next few weeks, bring along a couple of different models and let people try them out.
Cheers,
Ben.

if you do organise a ride do it on a weekend and in the day because my parents wont let me go in the city at night on week days.

Looking good Ben, reminds me of my choco brown 'Burb, too bad we had a few issues with that one hey? I can relate to the 24"s, I'm running a pretty much identical set-up to you (minus the scales), and it's nothing short of amazing.
Nice sprocket.
wow thats a beauty bro
