Its defiantely upgraded. From what I can spot the rotors are avid not hayes so theres probably a brake upgrade, the rims aren't stock but I can't tell what they are, upgraded tyres to minions which are good for downhill, new da bomb seat on it, thats all I can tell but theres probably other stuff

the bike has a few downgrades

you bike had avid BB7 brakes......usually hayes HFX9
you bike has s wierd derailier......usually shimano deore
cant see what your rims are.......usually single tracks

it has standard tyres...minions are good
it has standard bars, headset, and seatpost
and on the plus side...you have a limited edition yellow frame, only 50 in australia

You dont need a bike with all top of the line parts to have fun. I still have a ball with my dad's 10 year old Diamondback for skidding on wet streets.

looks like its got an lx derailleur on it, and a was said before, that cassette is definately not stock. the lx would be nicer than the original derailleur

bb7's are probably better then hfx9's the derailur is an LX which is better and you have a cool frame colour and i think you have syncros dp32 rims which are a upgrade

Love the Squatch ..... mine is the best thing I did for my riding. That yellow is furkin noice, prefer the black gloss but yellow is out there. I am still not sure about the 9s, farkin noisey at speed and lots of sideways flex. Good stopping just annoyingly noisey. Drop offs look diferent ....are they a longer travel?? Looks like they are a bigger hub setup too.

true they are a bit noisy, but hey it get's the job done and doesn't bother me that much, i have a different bike when i go road riding.

i reckon a matt black frame and then have all the decals etc. on that. but meh i am happy with it, just need to find some good places to ride:D

Syncros rims > Single Tracks

Does it make a difference that syncros are pinned/plated whereas the single tracks are welded?
