im pretty proud of my first attemt of the big double at lizard rock, over shot it a bit but rode away smooth.

Great work! Did you guys rebuild it? How's that side of the track's going? is the floter still up and running?

me and my mates just went there for the day last week and this is how it was. we'd never been up to lizard before so i dont know what state the track was in before but we definatly had fun on that day.
oxford falls was pretty sweet too but this double was my best effort of the day.... stoked:D

Good on ya Cletus. Nice effort. When I rode past that end bit of lizard I didn't think twice of not hitting it up.. Looked sketchy to me lol

Awesome work mate! I'm really impressed. I was riding the track the same day you were I think :P
I told the XC buddies who I was riding with that there was a track there, and they wanted to ride it. They were much better at the north shore than I was :p

lol nice pic..first time i hit it up i over shot it & rode away smooth..its a jump where u need to have more speed then less but!!!
ive seen some bad stacks on her & man they were rough!

sure sure the biggest jump you have done is off the gutter, thats when you have a bike lol
otherwise thats sick pete, i wish i coulda come up...im down to a walin stick now days and i can sorta ride up the rode and back lol long road to recovery!!

nice mate. having moved to cairns in august from syd northern beaches, i didnt even know this sport existed. . . cant wait to get down there now and see this track for myself. points to you for commitment....:)

hey dozer, yeah the run in is ok, its a bit sandy though.
i tryed hitting it as fast as i could as i didnt want to come short:p
if i ever get to go back up there i'll try and go just a bit slower;)
heaps fun jump, i suggest you try it( insert dr evil voice here):D
