Manly Dam Shut Again

I recieved this email earlier today.

CLOSURE
Due to the heavy rains the Manly Dam mountain bike trail has been closed until further notice.

Please inform other riders of this closure and ask them to contact me to be included on this email list for future updates.

Future use of Manly Dam for mountain biking does depend heavily on the co-operation of riders during these closures.

Already tried that (ie call her) and got a voicemail - given the mention of an email list, wouldn't the best way to get on this list is to communicate via email? Do they have email address (I couldnt see it on the original email)
