I rekon it could have been a really old and worn disc that finally wore all the way through..

looks to me as if its well beyond a reasonable amount of wear. thats just asking for trouble

yeah, i'd say that tu plang's on the money... the rider/owner must have been incredibly mechanically unsympathetic :confused:
