i have hookworms they are awesome for street and dry djs but if its a little moist or muddy they slip around like a fish. holy rollers still roll well and attack both of these problems, dmr motos are good as well and twin rails roll sooooo much faster than hookworms but i would not feel confident cornering on them as it is a funny tyres design, your safest choice would be holy rollers

I wouldnt get Hookworms if you are doing mainly dirt jumps. K-Rads and Holy Rollers are the obvious choses but I think it would be a good idea to wait for those new Kenda tyres which are a mix between K-Rads and Knipitions. They look awesome.
maby look at a set of larsson tt's they roll well with hight presure as you would be running and there good for dirt and street
hookworms are suprising grippy on mud.......until it gets about an inch thick then your boned

i have an stp and when i go riding at like daisy hill with my holy rollers i have alot of trouble keeping the front wheel with traction on it although it does make riding more interesting and its great for dh practice but there not the best on 180 degree flat turns becouse with slight front brakes and leaning it over heaps it just doesnt work there to street related
