only reason im asking is because i can get them mega cheap...

Has anyone in Melburn seen the guy who rides a BMX covered in bath tiles? Its possibly the ugliest bike Ive ever seen, its blue and white, even got tiles in between each nipple on the rim. I saw him riding it through melburn central trying to show off to some skool girls. Wish I got pics, this thing was seriously ugly!

Bit of an update, new paint and pedals.

I got pc's as my rubens were getting a bit taky and noisy, so far very happy with them, highly recomend to anyone, can't go wrong with a twenty-five dollar pedal, only thing i have done to them is spray black over the red twistd logo [:

appologise for the dodgey picture took when it was picth black, doesnt do it justice.

cheers man! im suprised. didnt seem two hours, i just found a 2 part video on youtube, which helped a bit, and looking at my front wheel pattern, which is the same.. so it went rather quick..

everyone says you need shorter spokes??

my cassette hub was 3-4mm smaller in height, next to the federal coaster.. and my spokes worked out fine, i didnt need 184mm spokes as people say you would, my spokes arent loose, perfect. saved $20 :D

well judging by the rim it was a stock wheel ie stock not very good spokes. they have been stretched already being built once and now again in this build. they just won't be as strong. IMO its pretty important to get new spokes n nips every time you build a new wheel.

You can't make that colour yourself, it's a factory thing, the trippy things around the welds are the weld burns, which you would sand off if you were rawing your frame.

Wrong. You dont sand a frame to raw it. You buy stripper to raw it. And that S3 has clearly been rawed. The raw version comes with a matt clear coat. Unless it was custom ordered.. but I doubt that.

I stick to strictly skin-tight clothing, my comment was in reference to his scarf, which is far too loose for my liking, as I tend to opt for the nipple squeezing, ball-crunching type of clothing.

umm, no not much but you godda make sure its tight casue there have been some that do things like slip and ovalising the steer tube, but if you have a good quality for with a good steer tube (i have tierra's and its great) then you should be fine, and by the way it crushed my stock norco forks honestly.

hope that helps

hahahaha no sorry. I meant to say a new frame for ME is a possibility, bit ambiguous just was an update for post my ride

IMO i'd just ride the apex till it dies. got a pretty sweet geo and you can really thrash it to learn those tricks that screw frames up. It looks so dope too. save the money or spend it on something else,

If you're grinding reasonably heavily say no to the hawk, chainstays will fold and dent relatively easily

I have lumberjacks. the badgers are a relatively similar and awesome bar(i think almost exact with angles but 27 not 28 wide and 0.25 less rise which is like 6mm shorter) = not worth the money!

sorry for telling you what to do haah they are just really good bars

Nothing changed. Was doing some stuff on my new car. Decided to do a double check.

http://img214.imageshack.us/img214/4076/bikebootze3.jpg
http://img301.imageshack.us/img301/3156/bikeendfr2.jpg

Car is a late 2000 VX Bommadore Wagon
Tinted Windows, 16" S-pack wheels, Black SS headlights, Berlina Interior. Debadged all the double-sided taped badges.
That's pretty much how I bought it, except I debadged it.

Just like the BMX, won't stay stock for long, but being poor and still paying most of the car off, I won't be able to perform the outlandish plans I have for it, like 19's, full stainless exhaust, stereo (no subs, they get in the way of bikes), front end conversion etc, but in the mean time, I will soon be doing a Pod Filter and custom heatshield, with custom Cold Air intake and cold air microchip, headunit, SS bumper, colourcoding, bmx window sticker (probably custom Fit), BMX numberplates and a bunch more. It's still just a derro family car though, so I don't want to get too sully sick, but it is fast.

BMX is great as usual. Cranks are on their way out. Creaking pretty bad. KHE tyre's going sweet. Had 2 punctures, but they were glass and wire through the tyre, and the tyre's still sweet.
