NRG Cycles Pony Express and 4X this Sunday

NRG cycles are hosting a cross-country pony-express race followed by 4X racing this Sunday, November 30 at the Lobb Street 4X track in Ipswich.

Programme
Practice - 3.00pm
XC Racing - 4.30pm
4X Racing - 5.00pm

The racing will be followed by NRG's end of year AGM and breakup barbeque. Entry is $15 across the board and includes racing and the BBQ afterwards.

What are the age and rider catagorus in thre 4x i might be going out there. I was going to do the Ashgrove Cycles Time Trial but i will be stuffed 2 moro cause i made myself sick today by riding for 3 hours stright and not having water. Sp i recon my muscles will be a bt sore 2moro morning.

Ok well it comes down to either my parents driving for like 2 hours to get me there and back not to mention times just wating so they said they would be happy to shuttel me on Cootha for like an hour and a half to two hours so looks like thats the go cause it's more inportant i train for Fellcrag anyway.

lol Just got back from about 2 hours of shutteling :D Sweet at cause it's the first dh i have done in ages or like 3 weeks caise of my injury. I was going really well today as well and to top it off my mum bought me a straberry ice-cream from the Summit Resturant :D Yeah. Champoin Parents
