dunno if this helps but i had the same problem, if your desperate go to clark rubber and get some of the foam tubing that they use on roll bars, i got some 25mm stuff and it slides striaght on.

I'v got some you can have to tie you over in the mean-time. They work, just the rubber is starting to age, so I just pop some black elec. tape on em, and they work fine. Pm me if you want them.
