Unfortunately, I've suffered car-inflicted injuries while training, so I have to pull out of the Scott 24 hour race in Canberra.
The good news is that my position on a 4-man team is available.
This is a good opportunity for someone to take my place; as you probably know this event is incredibly popular, and sold out in about 6 seconds.
The team is from the Sydney area, though you wouldn't necessarily have to be.
They are easy going, with reasonable fitness, and all 24hr virgins. The main objective would be to have fun.
The ticket cost about $120, plus I've paid the extra $15 for Friday camping. I'd like to get the money back, although I might be negotiable on the costs, and it would be good if the team was full stregth 4-maner.
