clict and revolution are as close as you are going to get.

I'd suggest something like 2020BMX too, it has a lot of that sort of riding in it.

bmx.....shivers
but he's right, most mtb magazine's are focussed on dirt, with an occasional delve into the street type of thing.
dj is more common, but still isnt mainstream like cross country-amb, and downhill-clict, etc

Yep, with Revolution being slightly more biased towards street than Clict which is mostly dirt and race orientated.

Obviously not MTB, but I have to agree that for street riding inspiration 2020 reigns supreme. It provides a great overview of local bmx content.

there isnt a magazine that i have come across from anywhere in the world that focuses just on street mountain biking with a sprinkle of dirt for good measure.
mbuk probably has the most 'street' coverage, but its pretty lame and seems to be more focused at person who is new to riding their bike in the street.
the two best bike magazines you can buy are DIG bmx magazine and Ride bmx UK edition. both are UK magazines and are a few dollars more than 2020, definitely worth it. magnation now stocks these two magazines so thats a good thing.

Yes, I have spent many an hour contemplating this very issue. IMO, this a niche market just waiting to be snapped up.

MBUK is a rubbish magazine. Its pages are filled with juvenile trash.

Agreed.

As much as it pains to admit it, Australian MTB magazines could do well to take note of such international publications.

The last Issue of Decline was there DJ edition, so worth a read, a bit pricy at around $19. Not an Aus mag but!
2020 is a good mag but a bit light on the reading side of things.
Aus mags could take some cues form the overseas ones, but at the end of the day there market is a little smaller than that of the overseas counterparts, with not many if any of them having worldwide distribution, which would limit the scope of what they can produce.
