i'll be over in the land of the big white cloud next week.
does anybody know wether one can ride the champs down hill run and wether it's possible to hire a decent bike in rotorua?

you cant do it, it is on like 3 different ppls property and you have to cross a road and shit in the track. So it is a no go for ya mate.

meh,you can always sneak into it.you'll be fine.um,find out where the tafe is their,and there is a massive 4x track their,it's so sweet.also go visit the red woods/whakarewarewa forest,they got the sweetest single track and dh their,you could spend so many days their.um,head east from the town-ship and when you pass the sulphur pools look out and you should be able to spot some massive jumps too.no,you can't hire any decent dh/fr bikes their,thats the only problem.you can always go in and ask extra nicely though,have a bloody great time their.:D
