06 trance x. 07 Glory DH

Heres a pic of me new trance, bit of an all rounder. mostly stp 0 parts and my glory DH bike.

love both of them. you are obviously a fan of giant how do you find the rear linkage on the bikes? if you can compare to any other rear suspension type set ups?

888s ride better too, my mates got one with world cups, very nice the pair of em.

the glorys rear links nice n stiff but still nice n light. they pedal really well with very little bob. its so smooth over the rough stuff and make up for most rider mistakes in hairy corners. its a little less predictable off massive jumps, but thats compairing it to a stab sup.

ok kool. i had herd a few different things bout them and was wondering what a guy with two bikes of the linkage system would think. just moved up to a demo nine from a dhcomp. the fsr system has relatively no pedal feeback at all when accelerating unlike the single pivot giant. but on the giant it felt more in touch with the trail

Yeh they definately have put a lot of work and research into them, i had one of last years with a fox 4, with the new one and a fox5 you couldnt ask for more. its smooth yet responsive and anything but slugish like some vpp's.
