New Eastern fork with a ton of holes cut into it.

Available with 14mm or 3/8" dropouts.

If it's like the grim reaper, I'm not sure if it would hold up.

How much pressure does the steerer tube hold? i didnt think it took overly much.

why cant people just learn to ride with normal weight bikes???
in my own opinion, heavier bikes are easier to control but i find it harder to keep a light bike stable..
hopefully this method of easterns lighter parts lower other brands parts prices.... maybe?
And just how much weight did they save? BMX might be ahead of MTB in terms of riding, but they're following 90's MTB trends right now with the quest for ultralight anodised parts :rolleyes:
Practicality counts for alot more than a few grams here and there.

Why did they stop anodizing parts. It looks trick as! Expecially rims! (Look at 'cCaws for example.)

Well, following that concept, if you built an Eastern Grim Reaper with a set of these forks, you'd have the fastest bike around.:eek:
I actually quite like these, and Easterns other products, it's good too see they're trying to cut weight here and there with no 'apparent' loss in strength. I'm just waiting for them to release a Ti version of them! Haha.
