I been having problems with my Hussetfelt Howitzers. They refuse to stay tight, these cranks came with my mongoose hardball and the bike is only 1 or 2 months old.

Did you buy your bike from a bike shop and have the receipt??
If so you can try and claim warranty

TruVativ Stylos = Very Strong
Plus, to make them stronger you can get a little piece (can't think what it is called now) to put between the crank arm and the bottom bracket

at the shop i work at we had the same problem with those cranks that came on some of the STP's. We had to pull them all off send them back and got replacement ones. Apparently the crank did not have enough spline/thread in it to grip the Bottom bracket properly, hence why you can pull them off by hand, not using a crank extractor.
