I could be dumb and wrong but is your tensioner on properly? I thought they are meant to go inside the chain and push it out to gain tension, whereas yours looks like it is pushing towards the frame. Nice bike none the less.

Your right, his looks like its pushing it against the frame lol, it will wear a nice hole in the frame in no time....

iv seen heaps of people with theres like that looks better that way. i dont think it will make a hole lol.. sweet ride

the dmr sts tensioner is designed so it can fit on either side of the chain, thus if you have a lot a chain slack you need to run the tensioner on the inside of the chain and push it downwards towards the ground. The tensioner may look like it is close to the frame in the pic but it is no where near it. One last thing i always read the Manuel of a product before i use it, and it showed in the diagram that this was an acceptable way to run the DMR tensioner.
