That was stupid! The organisers should have had thier heads read... enough is enough when it gets like that.

Weather predictions aren't all that reliable so if it starts raining mid race, how is it the organisers fault?.

Not saying this is the case but don't be so quick to jump all over people.

Would have to get a hell of alot of heavy rain mid race for the track to get like that.

One of the most stupid things I've seen in a while. Yet - still fun to watch. haha.

That dude in the red jumper right beside the camera man is what i would call a stereo-stypical American. "it's really slipper, stop the brakes, stop the brakes"...."it's like grease" etc etc, what a fucking wanker, i would have punched him out if i was a rider and i had someone yellign that to me.

Some of that looked a bit put on, especially when that bloke was sliding down the hill on his stomach with his bike on his back.

I had a pretty good laugh though.:D

You need to get your head read... Why would you cancel a race because of a bit of mud. If you look at majority of the riders they look like little kids and guys with not much clue. Have you ever been to a wet race before???

There are lots of reasons.

Erosion, safety... ect.

Safety?? :p

I'm pretty sure that sliding on soft mud at 3km/h is safer than hard dirt at 40km/h

Pff what kind of race organiser would worry bout that its a bit of water.. Notlike its going to be a lightning risk. Anyone who thinks its to dangerous stick to commuting and man up..
P.s these are ridiculous comments would they cancel a superbike race in the wet cos its too scary???

Was it even in Australia? In some countries, conditions like that are the norm. I rode through a field today. My tyres sank 6 inches deep, and remained at that depth for 200m.

How old are you? 3? 4?

Before you get on your high horse make well and truelly sure of your facts!!!

Superbike races have been cancelled because of the rain!! So in answer to your stupid question, yes, they would cancel a superbike race due to rain!

Its obvious they've chosen the riders who were locked up and really struggling to put in the vid, can't have been that wet as you could still see the colour of their bikes and kits. Would have liked to have seen a top elite rider tackle that corner to steep chute thing though.
