Where are the best places to ride downhill in vic?

hey guys iv been doing downhill for a year and a half i want to no were the best places in vic are to ride

where do you live, out west theres you yangs and the mighty Rat, big shout out to the boys, out east theres long gully thursday nights, Granton, Narby. North theres kinglake and south theres dromana, I believe one of the Melbourne riders even made a posting on farkin of the list of tracks

i live in paky. i know about long gully i broke my wrist there 2 weeks ago. big downer!!!!!!!

Yep, I remember, try the Dromana track it got alot of different stuff down there

Bit of a drive but Mount Beauty is the best I have ridden

If your willing to travel about 2 hours, Apollo Bay has a good DH track.
It costs $40 for a days entry and continuose lifts up the hill to the top where there are around five or six pretty sweet tracks.

There are tons of places to ride in Victoria

i have not ridden there yet but i heard ballarat have some pretty sick tracks out there. im planning on going there sometime soon with some mates.

The tracks are good fun, but I wouldnt call them DH. Just heaps of berms and a fair few decent size gaps.

Definately worth a trip, but just dont expect steep fast DH tracks there.
