gt zaskar expert imported?

hi guys, i was wondering what the story is with the gt zaskar expert, the non-disc version? is it imported into australia? as far as i can tell it doesnt seem to be available, the disc version is everywhere, but i want the v-brake version.

also, if i were to buy it online (around 1600 aus), what would the relevant taxes be like when it hits our soil?
