i was looking at some knee pads yesterday and was about to buy fox radius knee pads but had a good look at them and it only a little bit of foam that covers your knee just wondering if they protect u when u crash.

there good... its not gunna stop a broken knee cap but they stop you from gettin scratched up knees. when racing ya put some dainese over the top so when the dainese slide down u've got protection

My wife uses the Fox 911 elbow and knee guards are they are great she reckons. Don't move around much and don't slip down while pedalling like my Dianese do. When I kill my Dianese Freestyles, I'm going to get some as well.
