Avalon Airshow

Anyone else go to the Airshow on the weekend. Some pretty awesome displays. Super hornet and F15 were pretty special.

Went to the working bee at the you yangs and the planes were flying right over our heads and doing big bank turns right over our heads. They kept doing this for the whole day and it was awesome.

I used to live Melbourne, and went to the Avalon Airshow every year, but then i moved to NSW, We went to the night show which was really good seeing explosive set of at night, you could feel the heat come from the wall of fire.
We also got flown in on a little 4 seater plane which was fun.

I love the Airshow! Im a pilot...well, training to become one and I just love the atmosphere of the place...everyone lives and breathes aviation! My hilight would have to be the C-27 Spartan pulling that loop. Cant say Ive ever seen someone do that in such a large aircraft...well, besides the RNZAF in their 757 last year but no loops.
Anyways, I managed to get some happy snaps, enjoy!
