Hey guys i was bored and i decided to play around with my adobe photoshop cs3 which i downloaded this morning.I need to improove i no that much. But owell his a sample so far.

For starters, you need to work on better photo. Secondly, just using one of the special effect options usually isn't enough.
Try a few other tricks along the lines of making layers and editing each layer to get a better overall effect. For example, highlight the rider and bike and create that as a seperate layer to the background. Make some cool effects with your background and then edit the layer of the rider seperately. Your photo will look much better and more in depth.
Simply using one efect doesn't look that good, keep playing around and enjoy it. It is well worth it.;)

Thankyou. Well theres always space to learn on this program. Alot of options.The picture is a print screen off a video my mate took of my. As i dont have a still camera yet im geting my pictures from the videos.

Also i want to edit a photo of my bike. I simple want a dark background and low contrast.Any tips? I think theres a little to much sun and constrast in the picture.

Thanks to some help from members i have done some minor editing .Brightness/saturation . I stil have a long way to go.
