Needed: Universal bb adaptor for iscg chain guide

Does anyone know of where i could get a universal bottom bracket adaptor?
It is to mount my iscg chain guide to my bike?

there's an e13 one from bike sports australia...

Yeah thats what you ecpect!
I've called two bike shops and went to one and they have had a idea whats it is let alone have one. One bike shop eventually found out what it was but it would cost a bit to otder (which i dont want to pay).
