This weekend is a long weekend (4 days for a lot of people)- what has everyone got planned? Rabit hunting? Family things? Travelling?

Seeing as I don't want to spend ALL weekend travelling (ie to parents' place)...

Unless I'm needed on site at work, I'll be roadtripping up to Townsville and racing at the rockwheelers clubby at mount stuart....

Should be sweet.

Polish my fiance's car, do a few laps of the XC loop (day and night), dinner with out of town mates, riding with out of town mates and local mates, watch our local rep basketball team play their home game, eat chocolate, get on the tins with some good buddies, a spot of fishing watching the sunset, watch Casino Royale six times, cook a tasty dinner for my lady, do some track maintenance........four days off will be bloody superb! I manage to cram a hell of a lot into my weekends and come Monday I'm stuffed! I'll be even more buggered by the time this weekend is over.

Time management is one of my finer skills ;) (says he who gets paid shit loads and spends a lot of time on farkin each work day  ).

Heading up to the Daintree (to my treehouse) to spend a week fishing on the river, eating, sleeping, watching the view, and thinking about life. Here's a preview of the view from my balcony.

Sorry, i just love it.

My homies and i were supposed to be roadtripping to adelaide in the local council's mini-bus but i think its being put back to next week because were all sick.

This weekend I think were going to the local horse races instead to get blotto and blow all the money we've saved up for the road trip...

That, is fucking mad :D

I've only got 2 hours of skool this week, and the whole of next week off so I can pretty much do whatever I want for the next 2 weeks. But I might be heading to Townsville this weekend depending on what Dad says, otherwise I'll work at Coles at double time on Saturday :D

Might go for my first ride in 2 months :o
Otherwise, clean and rearrange room, assemble heaps of audio gear in to something workable and maybe figure out how to fit my brothers drum kit in my room too.
Hah, I've had over 2 weeks off, go back to work on Wednesday for a hard few days then have easter. Mmm laziness.

Having said all above, no doubt I'll just get too drunk on Friday and spend the next 2 days nursing a painful hangover. It'll be no different to most weekends really.

2 days  . Last time I got that hungover was when i came close to getting alcohol poisoning. I normally come good before around mid-day. I would stop drinking if I were you Rik! :D

I'm going away from Thursday night to Monday to a mates 600 acre property in Tenterfield. It's got the lot - driving the rotary buggy, a touch of shooting bunnies and roos, getting on the piss, fire on COLD nights, 4X4, swimming an relaxing with awesome mates. Then I come back home and I'm on a two week holiday from all work and all studies!! So alot of surfing, drinking and whatever goes on will surely happen then................. Can't wait :D :D .

   Ill be working thursday, friday, saturday, sunday and monday about 12 - 14 hrs each day:mad:   . For some stupid reason Centrelink decided to have one of their offices refurbed, and they wanted it done over the easter long weekend so it wouldnt disturb all the parasites getting their payments:rolleyes: .
What really shits me is the fact that I am working all those hours and getting payed a bucketload for it but all the extra tax Ill be paying will go straight to the parasites waiting outside the front door on Tuesday morning:mad:
F******K it.
For those people going away and riding and surfing.....catch a wave and ride a trail for me please:rolleyes:

Surfing all weekend, commencing at 6am friday morning. Come back to earth on Monday, play WoW all day unless i can fix my bike up (it's in various states of fucked-ness).

Where on the south coast's that point break, mate?

Most of the time when i was down there last long weekend, the surf was 4-6ft and off shore all day long at Broulee. Got shacked off my face the sunday we left :)

Ha Ha, you are joking right - you expect directions to good surf? No offence but..:p :p

Ahhh, the Brou (Canberra by the Sea) - nice long lefts when cooking, populated by Mals, and supergroms. Do yrself a favour and bring your Bike, swell forecast isnt looking great. Plenty of great trails nearby, PM me if ya dont know 'em.

Ha Ha, you are joking right - you expect directions to good surf?

Wasn't actually expecting directions, just wanted to know vaguely where it was. I'm heading up to the Central Coast near Gosford (Wamberal for those who care) and i don't really mind too much about the amount of swell, where i am, no matter what the wind or swell is doing, somewhere'll be breaking decently. I'd love to take my bike but there's no room in the car (damn pissy little sedan  ) and i really don't want to put my bike on a rack (last time i had mine on a rack for more than an hour it fell off and got 100% totalled) as i'm a teeny bit paranoid...
