Wow. Haha. We do look like ants huh.

Oh well, still got up at 430 to do it, and there's a distinct yellow peice of cardboard there in the background. What more could anyone want?

Except someone yelling "Farkin.net. Australian Mountain Biking" into the friggen mic. Sorry, that wasn't gonna happen on that day.

Nice work daniel.

What's the Farkin Sunrise Challenge? D:

Bit late there Harry.
Basically the challenge was for some MTBers to get on Sunrise (Channel 7 early morning program). Everyone wanted a big Farkin.net banner in the background, but we couldn't quite pull that one. The only thing close to that was that yellow cardboard sign i'm holding up in the background of a few shots, which, to me, seemed large enough. Obviously not though.

Seeing as Sunrise is on from about 6 - 9am or something we had to get up pretty early to ride into the city and sus out the situation. We spoke to some security guards, but when they knew we wanted to promote a website with such a name, they were pretty unhappy. We were told basically that if we got in the shot with a farkin.net banner, we'd get owned.

Being the top bloke hard c*^ts we are ( ) we got in there and did it anyway. Hence the pictures.

I beleive the technical term for doing this is called a Bonehead challenge
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bonehead (2nd item in list).

But, regardless, I think it's pretty cool.
