.243 what we have all been waiting for

gday guys and girls
i recieved my .243 frame, seat post, seat, stem and bar today am im so farkin happy is so awesome.
heres the story
i was working at my shop today and i went for lunch and when i came back the rep from steve cramer was there and he had specially brought mine down for me while all the others stay at the warehouse hopefully to be shipped out on monday or latest tuesday but not 100% sure about that.

mrp bones crank and mrp chainguide
DMR V12 pedals
avid cable disc's, 8" front 6" rear
X7 rear derailleur
X7 trigger shifter
all brand new aswell
i think thats about it
if you want pics of any of that ill try and get them up

Heh... believe me, if you're set on a .243, you're definitely not the kind of person who worries about the weight of a bike. Check out NSMB.com or Pinkbike and check the .243's that are shown off around there. We're are talking about some hardtails that are almost 20kgs!

thats right i dont really care at all about weight
and id never ride a 321 again after riding a Mag30 ive seen to many pics of 321 shattered and ive had friends with flat spots in them and none at all in my mag30's + u cant get a mag30 in 24"
from sunrims.com Mag 30 = 640g and less 4 a 24"
from mavic.com 729 same as 321 = 675g
so from that the Mag 30 is lighter and i think stronger anyway

austen666..these bikes are warrantied to run 8inch DC's i dont think weight isa matter of concern when ur building this bike..

and rob....yes but it will only be for a while till i realise i really want 888r :P

So why bother posting?

For me, this bike is going to be a cool change in riding style from dual suspension to hardtail. These bikes have got major credibility in Canada and the US and from all the reviews i've read they are built to last. Watching darren Berrecloth throw his one around in NWD3 convinced me that it is one tough bike.
