those photos are really good, but id say a couple of them (especially those with the remote flash) could be made better with a bit of work done with the levels and stuff - they look a bit "flat"
eg:

Yeah, I only photoshopped the 3rd photo as it was dark, but we liked the shot.
I was happy with the others the way they were as I'm not a pro and just learning/experimenting.
Yes, I probably could make the levels a bit better, but sorry I think you killed that shot. (too much editing).

Anok: It looks like you have the right setup, but need a light meter!
Allot of people say you don't need a light meter for digital, but unless you have a computer on location to check shadow and highlight detail, you just guessing off a small LCD.
It is not too expensive and will be money well spent.
Keep shooting! You have some great shots. :)
Chris.

Cheer's for the advice, and I agree on the struggle of checking exposure etc on the little LCD on our D70.
A light meter would be no help to me as I wouldn't know what settings I'd need anyhow as I have no photography education. (Just self teaching and experimenting).
The remote flash setup is something that I am really learning on. I cannot get the remote flash to fire at shutter speed (delayed shutter) unless I select Manual in Commander Flash mode on D70. The problem with this I think, is I lose the auto exposure and it's all in my hands which I really don't know what I'm doing.
Is it possible to use the D70 and SB600 speedlight as remote but still use TTL Commander mode instead of manual and still get correct shutter priority?
Anyways, hopefully I will be able to ride again in the next few months so I wont be on the sidelines anymore!
Saying all this, I was very happy with quite a few of the shots from this shoot.

Rad shots Anok! I agree on that quick photochop (i think you'll find some more subtle changes in curves rather than levels will yield better results - killing time in PS & discovering new things is good fun!)
Love that last shot, keep up the good work!
