i just bought a second hand bike from a mate, it has pretty good spec but my crank arms keap coming loose. any suggestions?

yeh ive got a similar problem on my stolen team cranks they have no pinch bolt, and i have to tighten them once a week this is them: http://forums.farkin.net/showpost.php?p=913985&postcount=429

id have to agree with mtberdave, loctite or carry and allen key around with you....despite how much of a bitch that is.
