bike CAD is a pretty straight forward program too use, good to kill time and design something nuts!! Then become and millionare over night when i forward it onto schwinn etc :D

www.beyondbikes.com has a custom bike maker but you dont design it you just pick the specific components

probably not what your looking for but on the santa cruz site you can pick your bike and change a few parts arounds, it tells you the price and weight too
