hi guys just wondering how often you grease your free coaster and what type of brands or greases you prefer and also if you have had any troubles with your free coaster?
i grease mine once or twice a week and i used to use an high pressure grease but now i use weldtite lithium grease which is highly visible and runs super smooth. i am running an khe geisha street.

though i don't run a free-coaster, i had a problem with greasing my BB. the best grease i found was this grey-grease, used for hydraulics. they used them on the bearing in pumps and motors, and i think it says ont he label "recommended for TFK" which is a bearing brand. its really soft grease, and looks like shit. but its been the best by far
