Is there any way to make my 04 jnr t's a bit harder without getting the heavy spring kit?
Can i put in a heavier oil, or more oil?

put more oil in so they are soft at the strat or the stroke but ramp up at the end of the stroke

Find out what the oil height is supposed to be and go from there. More oil will make them a bit stiffer but too much will reduce the travel.

get some air assist caps of the DJ series and fit them.

this problem had been discussed by many riders b4.not sure of the 04.but the 02/03 series can be made harder by using same amount of oil(or jus slightly more) and using heavier oil.reduce the risk of blowing the seals, but yet make the beginning of the stroke as smooth, but when it compresses to the mid,it stiffens up.hope this helps

yea, thanks guys. I thought a bit more oil would do it, but just wanted to make sure.

Either get the heavier springs, and look after your warranty or get some Sliders haha
