How strong are Specialized Hardrocks?

I'm currently looking into building myself up a HT. My lbs currently has a 17inch Hardrock frame for sale which has hte geometry I am looking for (580+ TT and 16-17inch seattube). Just wondering what everyones experience with these frames have been. I will be using it for XC, 4x and DH runs when I am bored of the dually or just want to ride my HT instead. Anyone cracked one? if so where(on the frame) and how?

monkeymagic has a pimpin hardrock, yeah jay did crack his hardrock, i think on the chainstay but i'll let him do the talking.

Jays did because of abuse. He let his tyre rub.

miine is still going strong after a few 6 foot drops to flat and some big stairs to flat and i beat my bike down, its still strong. they are wicked bikes!!!
