Perhaps you should go to a doctor. If the pain is still unbearable after a week then I'd say you've done yourself "a mischief" as chopper would say

Yeah, I'd say go see a doctor.
You've probably either cracked a rip or your collarbone or have done yourself some serious internal bruising. See your doctor ASAP..

it's either you're soft(:p ) or it could be something worse.i'm guessing it's something worse.after a week it should of started to feel better.just go to the doctor soon as possible.don't wait.

"If the pain persists, see your doctor" .... don't rely on a threadload of anecdotal speculators.

Dude if your still in school a minor injury should mend up in no time..
If it's still giving you grief after a week get it sussed out!!
It's probably nothing major, could be a rib or something like mentioned before but don't wait, go and see the quack this weekend..

Mate if it is mainly associated with breathing, sneezing coughing and limited , meaning it's not spreading. Then you've strained an intercostal muscle. The meat between the ribs.
You'll be right.

Gold indeed. My next thread will be:
"My car makes this clunk of a noise, what could it be?"
Thing is, the wrong advice won't kill the car.

To talk to someone that knows what they are doing? Gawd, thankfully internet forums remove the need to have trained professionals who know what they are talking about.

Is that what you tell the kids at PMH or Charlies?? I suggest strongly that this forum is not the place to provide medical advice which could result in a delay of appropriate treatment. This guy should be assessed by someone accredited to give professional advice.
