Item: Race Face Evolve XC X-type cranks.
Location:Concord, Sydney. Will post for $10, express/registered extra.
Item Condition:Like new, used about 5 times then the bike was dismantled
Reason for selling:Came off a new bike I bought but swapped on to my XC bike buildup, project was abandoned after I farked my knee and now I have to sell all my gear to pay for the operation.
Price and price conditions:$170+ post. Payment via bank deposit or paypal ($10 surcharge for paypal though, their fees are outrageous)
Extra Info:Forged 175mm arms, hollow 22mm axle with external X-type bottom bracket bearings.
Comes with instructions, pedal washers, bearing spacers and everything else you’d expect.
Chainrings are 44/42/22 and are brand new, never used. This set would sell for $250-300 new.
Single bolt installation with self-extracting ring makes for very easy servicing. 940g in total.
Cranks are in excellent condition due to lack of use but I had to remove a small amount of metal from the inside of the spider. Don’t ask me why but my Shimano 38t chainring didn’t want to fit the inside so I carefully used a dremel tool to give clearance. Doesn’t affect performance at all, and is handy for anyone that wants to install aftermarket rings. See pictures below.
