I'd just use a card, seriously, it will be a lot safer than a money order!

if its over $1000 there a farkload of paper work you are supposed to fill out at customs too.

what bike are you buying? is it really that much cheaper buying it from dans? Be aware that if you do buy it overseas, you wont be able to claim warranty for it here.
I use dans/empire quite a bit and ive had no issues with their products, payment etc. Dans are a bit slow in replying to emails, but thats fair enough, they are a massive company and probably et a heap of emails each day.
If your package (inclusive of postage) is under $1000AUS dollars when it comes through customs here, you wont have to pay any gst etc on it. If its over, you will need to. I'm unsure exactly what this includes, as ive always kept my packages under(even done two orders on the same day to keep each package under $1000AUS)

EDIT: rephrase..

what makes you say that? i belive you are wrong.... DHL dont pull shit up for customs... customs pull shit up for customs... customs is not part of every buisness, its an individual thing that every thing comming into australia goes through... so the only reason why DHL may get lots of stuff pulled up, is becuase they bring a lot of stuff in.

what i have never understood, if they only check one in 5 packages (or what ever it is), if you dont get checked, you dont have to pay any duties/taxes do you???
