ok i been offered a good deal. what rims should i get out of mags or 321
thanks
for christ sake people use the damn search function, once a week we get a mag 30 vs d321 thread or simlar.
from now on any "which DH rim questions" will be removed as it has all been covered in extreme detail in the past.
(this will stand untill a new rim is avalible)

haha wtf... good to know!
to answer your question, they both well decent so get the cheaper one!
it's the same rim though, i'll try and dig up the mavic rim chart to show what rim is what in 2004 and sticky it or something.
The F219 is now the X321.
The 521 is now the EX721.
The 321 is now the EX729.
The D3.1 is now the EX823.
why... thats gonna farkin confuse me :?

atomlab dhrs... they look pimp and are stronger than the shitty 321, and feel lighter (?) than the mag 30.

atomlabs fold easier then 321's (sidewalls) and the seem is very weak and splits

interesting... i have flatspotted and cracked 3 321s, a 521 and a rhino light, but nary an atomlab. i did dent the rim from riding when the tyre was flat, but it is still straight... and i weigh 110 kilos... but what would i no... :P

well 2 of my mates have atom labs (one dhr's and the other trailpimps) and the one with dhr's demolished his front rim and now has a 521 and the one with trailpimps has countless flatspots and 2 cracks

Hmm, mine was on the banshee, and as a result of square edging stairs...i dont do that anymore. On the other hand, ive been running 321s on my dh bike for 15 months and havn't had a problem.

I didn't think arrows were brought into the country. Only other arrow stuff.

actually, i've done just as much, but because i have a hardtail i ride that more... and you always take wheels back to get them tensioned after they are built... thats why bikes are meant to have a service after 5 or 6 weeks
