I'm considering updating my frame and fork. How much do you guys think I would get for:

'03 Raceline Expert frame.
(lightweight XC frame)

and

'03 Manitou Black Sport fork (with adjustable preload and rebound damping).

The fork has V Brake mounts but the frame doesn't. The fork lowers have also been replaced under warranty as the original disk mounts weren't threaded properly, all good now though.

Not asking for offers to buy or anything, just curious how much extra $$$ I would need to come up with for the frame and fork that I'm looking at.

Mmmm the frame is in pretty good condition, and it looks pretty beefie. Not so light, but you wont brake it in a hurry... A good frame for an XC or trail bike thats for sure. I also hear the Blacks are pretty sweet.

I recon maybe $550 / $600 for both the frame and fork? Maybe even as high as $700 as it's all in great nic. Thats what I think anyways.

Just Curious, what you planing to upgrade? Are me and Rik going to have some more competition wieghtweenie wise?

The prospective upgrade is to a Norco Fireball frame and SID Race fork.

Frame and Fork weighs around 3 kgs I think.
