It's not just BMX's, there's plenty of MTB'ers who ride without helmet, same with skateboarders...

Some people just don't like the feel of them, me included.

Put it this way - I've been knocked out three times on BMX. Two times I was wearing a helmet, the other time I wasn't but it wouldn't have helped. I hardly ever wear helmets. It used to put me off and would lead to more harm then good, so I stopped wearing one.

about the helmets, im used to it..... ive worn a helmet from a very young age, and there have been times where ive hit the ground VERY hard...

thats farkin nuts, i bmx but have got my self a little giant and am starting mountain biking, i have alredy had to crazy crashes in like 2 weeks so im getting confident but i still wear a helmet, i kind of got in crap if i didnt so i got used to it and yeah farkin he shood be wearing one, even today my second bad stack my helmet saved me getting a phat hole in my head, it must hate me, and my bike.....

I saw him at the Extreme Challenge moto/bmx touring thingo, he's smooth as man, perfect 360s. Did anyone else see that tour? Melodyssey, Superheist.
