As I'm getting more into dirt jumping ive been looking at frames in particular black market riots, what Ive been wondering is can a frame made for single speed be converted to run 9 speed?
Any other bike sugestions are also apeciated.
Cheers.

I am pretty sure most frames with horizontal drop outs either have a hanger welded on, or come with attachments so you can run a derrailuer.

If the bike has a specific SS hub, then you would need a new hub. If you are worrying about the hanger, most frames come with one one you can sort one out quite easily. Then the question might be if the frame has cable rooting and the alike, which could also be handled with ease.

The answer is yes. I have seen a little hanger attaachment that just gets bolted on with the hub. Don't know where to get them though.

DMR make a chain tug with a derailleur hanger attached.
