Black streetlegal, what colour components?

ive got a streetlegal frame im about to start building up but cant decide what colour components i want.

what are your suggestions?

No matter what people tell you black is still, and always will be the new black.
If you put white stuff on make it cheaper stuff (Bars, cables, pedals) so if you get sick of it you can put other colour stuff on without it costing you the earth. A new set of cranks because you got sick of the white is pretty painful on the wallet.

white pedals could be a nice offset to all the black anyway. will prob look really good actually.

i didn't know u bought Jordan's frame. go for the set up like mine( white argyles, Grey deity bar and stem, cro-mo rear rim and black front rim) except with out the red pedals and red brake cable . have u recovered from the stack on Sunday yet Ned?

yeh, bought it off jordan a week or so ago. yeh, your scratch looks sweet as. ive already got the black rear rim so thats staying like that. i might go with white argyles over black pikes dont know yet.

As for the forks ned, if you can, try order some argyle 318's from overseas (somewhere like chainreactioncycles.com) Because you cant get them in australia, but they are awsome forks... dont get pikes, they break... but thats just my opinion, everyone else has their own....
i say, grey bar and stem to match wheels, grey front hub, paint your spokes white, and black everything else... will look rad!

hey, black and a dark bright blue looks really good. My friend has got blue grips and blue pedals on an 06 Stinky and it looks sweet. He is getting some more blue components and it will look nice once it is done.

no, im just someone that realises that in 2008 a completely black bike will still look good whereas a bike that is built up of 'this years hottest colour' will look old and dated and he will eitherbe buying '2008s hottest colour' to fix it or painting everything black.

Check out the ano red parts that NS do. Be a bit different to the B & W thing that has been done to death. Black cranks-red legeaters + red quark stem-black capital bars = cool. Oh add Gold Labels, Red ano hubs and you have yourself a sweet looking bike. :)
