yer man definatly.
me and my mates my a 2 downramp while having two 44gallon drums next to each other.... and 4 pallets high.. then we put like "gardening base sheets" or "tarp" (that stops most of the dirt falling through, and the sheets of tarp are pretty thick nd water resistant.)
it worked like a charm, the downramp is 2m wide. nd 2m high
thanks :)

thx 4 hte help lads
generally its best to just use dirt where possible but you can use anything to fill it if dirt is in short supply hell i have made jumps from burnt out cars and couches so definitely possible.

drums are good but only use larger logs because when you go to dig them up again its a total prick of a job. thats problery when my mates and i were building new lines we would sacurfice the old jumps.
your choice

using random objects is fine but cover them up with dirt on the sides too so kids cant easily wreck them
