anyone out there know of good trails in south of canberra? and beginers want to get together for a ride? looking to start or join a club, but am brand new to the scene.

Have you tried Tuggeranong Pines? if you're heading from Hume towards Cooma it's on your left next to the paintball park before you cross the bridge heading out on the highway.

There's always Stromlo too, heaps of professionally built trails out there, 4X, DH and XC.
