You've probably all heard about Aaron chase's injery a few weeks ago and i thought i might just put up a thread 4 people to post their thoughts and wishes for his recovery.

Thanks for that, but EXACTLY how did he do it? Footage of the stack maybe?

I haven't seen footage, but apparently he was crossing a ladder or something, must have been at speed and he's bailed, hit his back against a wall on the way down (can't remember how high he fell) but he's landed on his tailbone in a sitting position against the wall so ALL of the force went into his spine. I think I saw him saying that on decline? Can't remember :confused:

I think i stand for most people when i say that we hope he gets better and has a full recovery and is back doing what he does best
