i want start freeride and am looking at some cheaper bikes such as the iron horse sachem 4.0. Does any one how this bike performs and is a good bike to get into freeride. I know it has a rear shock which is a fox vanilla R, and i would like to know if there is much pedal bob when using it on a road or for climbing hills.

most of the people leave crap reviews, but some, and i say some are pretty good.
hey mate
I have also been looking at the Sachem 4 for a first dually, but got the 06 equivalent. What i ended up with (very happily i might add) was an Ironhorse Yakuza Ojiki, which has very similar geo to the Sachem - built up with all the parts from a Sachem. The spec is great for the price, and is light enough as a whole to tackle my local trail-rides as well.
I know at the Bike Shed Mortdale they have one for $1475 - very hard bike to go past at that price, for its quality and purpos :D .
