It'd be good if we could get a clip of that video (Scott Beaumonts actions).. Might be a way of pursuing the matter if its widely made public. It'd at least test the UCI a bit.

You can actually see that Graves' winning time was faster than Lopes'.

The UCI is a strange beast at the best of times... The incident deserved a DQ, and that was a call from three people I have spoken to who saw it, all of whom race 4X. Some might say it is just the luck of racing, but some riders are going a little far toward making thei own luck a little outside the rules.
